These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Sersanbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Sersanbet website accessible at sersanbet.cam and all associated services, products, games, features, and functionalities offered thereon.

Sersanbet operates as an online casino and sports betting platform licensed under applicable international gaming regulations. By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. Misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

To access the full range of Sersanbet's gaming and betting services, players are required to create a single registered Account. The following obligations apply to Account registration and ongoing maintenance:

• Accuracy: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The name registered on your Account must match the name on your bank account and payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must notify Sersanbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. Sersanbet bears no liability for losses arising from outdated account information provided by the Player.
• Non-transferability: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your Account or any rights or obligations therein.

By using the Sersanbet Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for its intended entertainment purpose. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from Sersanbet.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity that constitutes fraudulent use of the Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographical restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Sersanbet reserves the right to monitor all Platform activity for the purpose of detecting prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Sersanbet may void relevant wagers, withhold winnings, suspend or close the associated Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Sersanbet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods. The Platform does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in names other than the Account holder's registered name.

Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank. Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT) are also accepted at the prevailing market rate at time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Minimum and maximum limits for specific methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Player Balance within minutes of confirmed payment receipt. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable banking delays.
• Sersanbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which Sersanbet bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from payment instruments lawfully held by and registered to the Account holder. Sersanbet reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of any payment instrument used.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to gameplay. Players are advised to verify deposit amounts carefully before confirming any transaction.

Sersanbet is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests above the basic threshold are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed identity verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and may be exceeded during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Pending Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable rollover condition has been fully satisfied.
• Right of Verification: Sersanbet reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal. The Platform may request supporting documentation to facilitate these checks.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the Sersanbet Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Players are advised to read all applicable bonus terms carefully before claiming any offer.

The following general principles apply to all Sersanbet bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the applicable promotion terms. The wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active in your Account, your maximum permitted stake per round or bet is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 as specified in the promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Contribution rates for specific games are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the applicable promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses that have not met wagering requirements upon expiry will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Sersanbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of systematic bonus abuse, coordinated multi-account exploitation, or any other form of promotional fraud is detected.
• Modification and Withdrawal: Sersanbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour any bonus already credited to a Player's Account.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through the Sersanbet sports betting and casino gaming services. Category-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.) are published separately within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Finality: Wagers accepted by the Platform are final and binding. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player except where explicitly permitted under the relevant game or event rules.
• Erroneous Odds: Where odds, lines, or payouts are published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to typographical errors, data feed failures, or system malfunction), Sersanbet reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the wager has been settled.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment, technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game, or where the bet was accepted contrary to the applicable betting rules. Void bets result in a full refund of the original stake.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant sports betting or gaming section and may be updated from time to time.
• Suspicious Activity: Sersanbet reserves the right to suspend settlement of any wager pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of integrity breach.

Sersanbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure maximum loss limits over a defined period to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, access to the Platform is blocked and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Sersanbet is required by its international licensing obligations to implement and maintain a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification serves to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and access by underage individuals.

Sersanbet may request the following documents at any stage, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

KYC documentation is reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission on business days. Accounts with pending KYC requests remain accessible for gameplay; however, withdrawals above the applicable threshold will not be processed until verification is complete. No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of Sersanbet. Your access to the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended personal entertainment purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sersanbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, Sersanbet's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sersanbet makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions for which Sersanbet shall bear no liability.

Sersanbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account and to void any associated bets or winnings, at its sole and absolute discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Evidence of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Evidence of underage gambling;
• Violation of applicable law in the player's jurisdiction;
• Any activity that Sersanbet reasonably believes poses a financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk to the Platform.

Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting Sersanbet support. Upon voluntary closure, any Player Balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sersanbet holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to commencing formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact Sersanbet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Sersanbet commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to working constructively toward resolution.

Sersanbet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice published on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
